Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, Jim has made his home in the Jackson area since 1989. In 2005, after recognizing that residents and business owners need someone local to help them create warm and inspiring environments in their homes and offices, Jim started Grand Teton Floor & Window Coverings, a Flooring America store, and the area’s only Hunter Douglas Gallery Showroom. When not working, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, sailing, skiing, traveling, and rooting for the Badgers.
Owner
Born and raised a Los Angeles Valley girl, it took just one visit to the Teton Valley and Kirsten was hooked. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in interior design, she worked with a high-end European cabinetry company. There she produced design work, became a lead salesperson, and managed multiple job sites.
As owner of GTFW, Kirsten is very skilled at determining the wants and needs of our clients and provides exceptional care to her clients and team members. Out of the office, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her two boys and hubby, floating the river in the summer, and snowshoeing in the winter. With some more lessons, you'll see her on the ski slopes soon.
Field Superintendent
As the Field Superintendent at Grand Teton Floor and Window Coverings, Sean brings exceptional leadership and attention to detail to every project. Sean manages numerous job sites, ensuring construction areas are thoroughly prepped for flooring installations while also performing quality inspections on completed projects. Before joining our team, Sean developed his management skills in a leadership position at Snow King Mountain Resort, where he gained his valuable experience that he now brings to our company.
When he's not overseeing projects or spending quality time outdoors with his family, Sean enjoys diving into a good book or working on car projects in his workshop. His enthusiasm for learning and hands-on experiences keep him engaged and constantly improving his skills, demonstrating his commitment in both his professional and personal life.
Administration and Finance Manager
Mandi Terry, born and raised in Idaho, moved to Star Valley, Wyoming, in 2006. She joined the Grand Teton Floor & Window Coverings team as an Office Manager in 2012 when the company had just three employees, and now works remotely from Page, AZ, as the Admin/Finance Manager.
In her free time, Mandi enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, and traveling with her husband. She values hard work and lives by the motto "work hard so you can play harder", aiming to ensure that Grand Teton Floor & Window Coverings operates smoothly while keeping customers satisfied.

Logistics Manager
John has been an essential part of our team since 2014, expertly managing materials for all of our flooring and window covering projects. His extensive experience in project management and hands-on approach ensure that every project runs smoothly.
Outside of work, John is a talented woodworker, turning his passion into beautiful creations. When he's not immersed in logistics and carpentry, John enjoys playing and coaching various sports in Teton Valley and spending quality time with his beautiful family.
Christina migrated to Jackson Hole in the spring of 99. Originally from Southern California, she was looking to escape city life and made the move with her fiance to start a new adventure in Wyoming.
Christina joined the GTFW team in 2017 as our full-time installation scheduler. She has since taken on the role of office manager as well, where she coordinates the day to day office tasks and supports employee needs to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. She also contributes creatively to our local marketing efforts. Her strong customer service and multi-tasking skills have been invaluable to our team.
In her free time, Christina enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and camping in Grand Teton National Park.
Shannon Hufford
Finance/Admin. Assistant
Shannon began working with GTFW in 2021. With over 15 years of experience in finance and customer service, she excels in managing client accounts and ensuring timely payments. Shannon is dedicated to maintaining strong relationships with customers and contractors. She prioritizes understanding our client's needs and supporting them along their journey, whether it's flooring or window coverings. She believes strongly in treating customers as she would like to be treated.
Although she was born and raised in the Midwest, she has fond memories of visiting Jackson Hole, Wy as a child and appreciates the eclectic area and the natural beauty of the Tetons. When she's not working, Shannon enjoys spending time with her four children and husband in Bentonville, AR. She loves cheering on her children in their various sports and enjoys traveling.
Sales Coordinator
Originally from Tlaxcala, Mexico, Keyly was raised in Jackson, Wyoming, and carries forward a family tradition in home improvement inspired by her father's successful career in tile installation. Keyly's passion for interior design and her strong work ethic reflect this legacy.
As sales coordinator, she is dedicated to making each customer's experience seamless and enjoyable— from the moment they enter our showroom to the finalization of a purchase they truly love. Outside of work, Keyly enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending quality time with her family.
Bella Hoggan
Sales Coordinator
Bella, originally from Idaho Falls, has spent nearly her entire life in the Greater Teton area, cultivating a deep connection to the local community. Prior to joining Grand Teton Floor & Window Coverings, she managed a local restaurant, where she honed her leadership and communication skills. Now, she's eager to embark on a new chapter, focusing on revitalizing our Teton Valley location and delivering exceptional service to the community.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Bella loves emersing herself in the beauty of the outdoors, often exploring nature with her boyfriend and her beloved golden retriever, Marvin. She also holds a special place in her heart for her family and enjoys Sunday dinners and time spent together.
Shade Installation Scheduler
Born and raised in sunny West Palm Beach, FL, Arianna embodies the vibrant spirit of South Florida. At 25 years old, she is the eldest among three siblings, navigating the unique dynamics of a blended family with grace.
With over a decade of tutoring experience, Arianna has been a guiding light for countless students on their educational journey. Since 2020, she has expanded her horizons, seamlessly transitioning into roles in both construction and virtual assisting. From the foundations of construction projects to the intricacies of virtual coordination, Arianna approaches each task with determination and adaptability.

Bid Manager
From Boise, Idaho, Taylor developed a passion for construction early on, captivated by the evolving skyline of his hometown.
Since graduating from the University of Alabama and beginning his career in Construction Management, Taylor has earned a reputation for his attention to detail and his ability to forge strong relationships with contractors and clients alike.
Now living in Idaho Falls, outside of work, Taylor loves exploring the Teton's breathtaking landscapes on a mountain bike in the summer, and on skis in the winter.
